The idea of putting up the agri-tourism site came from the necessity of enriching the land and the businesses already managed by the firm, therefore we have restructured a few of our old farm houses, without changing the original style.
The first building, near the vineyard, is made up of six single mini apartments complete with kitchen and bath.

The agri-tourism site is situated on the hills of Scerne di Pineto, which is a small town along the Adriatic coast. The apartments are situated in the farm among vineyards and olive trees, away from city noise, and from their location there is a great view of the sea and the peak of the Gran Sasso Mountain (2.916 metres).

The natural pebble beach is only a few hundred metres away from the apartments, and is easy to reach by car or bicycle.

For those who love sandy beaches, it is possible to reach Roseto degli Abruzzi or Pineto, which are only about 4 or 5 km away towards north or south, and where you may find equipped comfortable beach areas.
