Winemaking
Harvest of grapes in small cases. Destemming and soft pressing. Soon after fermentation start, selection and separation of must on vats.
Fermentation of must with controlled temperature keptfrom 18° to 19°C.
Decanting and refining on its fine dregs for 60 days.
