The oenologist

Mr. Stefano Chioccioli, a world famous winemaker, manages technical aspects. The main project and many goals have been shared with him starting from the growth of the vines which are the basis of high quality wine.
The aim of the oenologist is to get the best out of the land in which he works, in order to get wines which best represent the area, in line with new and ever more complex expectations of the market.
