The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: online sale of the products (wine and oil) of the Fratelli Barba srl agricultural company. To make the aforementioned purchases, your so-called "sensitive" data will never be requested by the Società Agricola Fratelli Barba SRL.

The provision of data is mandatory for the finalization of orders. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the termination of the relationship.

Your address for sending the purchased products will be known only to the shipper or transport company, which process the data necessary to organize and carry out the shipment, delivery and return of the products purchased on our site. All operators of the Fratelli Barba Srl agricultural company involved in administrative fulfilments, in the sale, delivery and eventual return of the products may have access to the data.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
