The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: online sale of the products (wine and oil) of the Fratelli Barba srl agricultural company. To make the aforementioned purchases, your so-called "sensitive" data will never be requested by the Società Agricola Fratelli Barba SRL.
The treatment will be carried out in a computerized way.
The provision of data is mandatory for the finalization of orders. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the termination of the relationship.
The data will not be disclosed to other subjects. Your address for sending the purchased products will be known only to the shipper or transport company, which process the data necessary to organize and carry out the shipment, delivery and return of the products purchased on our site. All operators of the Fratelli Barba Srl agricultural company involved in administrative fulfilments, in the sale, delivery and eventual return of the products may have access to the data.

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
